Creating an ABF Pay business account is simple and can be done remotely. To start the process, log in with your verified Personal account, click on your profile name and then the “Open a Business account” button. After filling out a registration form, you will be asked to submit your entity’s legal documents. They will be reviewed by our Compliance department. This step can take up to 10 business days. In some cases, we may ask you to provide additional information in order to complete the procedure in accordance with regulatory requirements.
To verify your business profile submit the documents requested via the Business profile Client office. They will be reviewed by our Compliance department. This step can take up to 10 business days. In order to receive funds to your ABF Pay vWallet, you should provide your full account details to the payer. These can be found in your Client office:ABF Pay Web Client office → Sign in to your ABF Pay account → Go to the Receive tab at the top of your screen → Click on the vWallet that you need the information for → Click the Copy details Button and share the details.
To make a transfer you need to click on the “Send” tab in the Client office, choose the vWallet you want to transfer from, choose transfer type and fill out the transfer amount and reference. Choose the recipient from your Recipient list or add a new recipient. Review the transaction details, upload transfer supporting documents and confirm the execution.To add a new recipient to your Recipient list you should click on the “Recipients” tab in the Client office, choose the recipient type and fill out the required information. For bank recipients you need to provide us with the account details and account holder information, including address. To add another ABF Pay client you only need their email address.
You can receive funds in EUR, GBP and CHF through our payment application. Also you can receive funds in AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, RON, SAR, SEK, SGD and ZAR. The above mentioned currencies are converted into your wallet currency.We're continuously working to expand our currency options to provide you with even more flexibility. In the near future, the number of currencies accepted for receiving funds will be increased, allowing you to manage your finances with even greater ease. You will be required to pay the setup fee after your business profile has been successfully verified. Our verification process is designed to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of your information, and once this process is complete and your profile is approved, you will receive instructions on how to make the payment for the setup fee.
The monthly maintenance fee for your vWallet is scheduled to be deducted 30 days after your profile verification date. Subsequent deductions will occur at the same interval, every 30 days thereafter. This ensures that you have a consistent and predictable schedule for the deduction of maintenance fees, allowing for effective account management and financial planning.
